Im a post grad student & am currently undertaking a study based on discounters in the retail sector primarily based on Aldi.
However, they are not willing to participate & I would be very greatful to anyone who may have worked there or knows someone working there that can tell me alittle about the following:
-What Training & Benefits did you recieve
-Were you allowed to join a union
-What was the culture like

I have also worked in TESCO for 4 years so i managed to get info on that part of the research, its info on ALDI that i'm having trouble with.
