Hi guys
Im doing a report on Michael James Owen v MSM Commercial Services
and i have to comment on how the harm could have been minimised.
Im just wondering does the ICANN apply to this case couse i was reading something about it and it said for business but can it be for celebs?
what i have suggested is first pay roylaities, the second action is ICANN wining the name back without the expense and aggravation of a lawsuit.
can anyone suggest me any more ways on how harm could have been reduced for this case
