Request mates.. - 04-05-2006, 11:21 AM

hi.. to all,

am confused, please help me soon. am a student of business administration and I need to submit a document next week and the topic is

"internet will drive down prices and lead to perfectly competitive prices. However, there is contradictory evidence indicating that online prices are not absolutely lower than offline stores".

Please help me with data, comparisions, facts and any evidences..
I'll be thankful if you can mail me related information and links

Regards..

This is more a question about the nature and feasibility of "perfect competion", The growth of the internet market implies the unsustainability of monopoly, oligopoly, monopsony or oligopsony; the absence of which creates the conditions for efficient supply and demand.

...I'm sure you will.

Correct me if I'm wrong but isn't being able to do your own research and put together a constructive argument the whole point of a degree. I wish I'd have thought of doing this when I was studying for my degree.
