I think if we had a Region/State(ex. New York/Northeast) forum choice would be great. It will allow us to target a certain market, plus some states have different laws and some services may not be legal in certain states. It will also give us a feel of where most of the members are posting and when a growing market is hot. One service that I offer in my Inc, is not the same in every state so I could target the right information in the proper region.

I think that there is a big clue in the forums domain name which ends with .co.uk

The majority of members are from the UK even though we have active contributors from all over the world.

Can we have a Lesser-Wittering-in-the-Marsh and a Greater-Wittering-in-the-Marsh region?

In fact I know, why don't we allocate a three digit code to each country in the world, then provide a further 999 region codes followed by further three digit selectors to identify each network or computer. We could call it the 'Internet Place' address or IP adress for short.
