Just thinking out loud here... Does anyone know of any good software for producing gif animated banner ads?

i have used macromedia fireworks....

and flash will also do, if you then export it as an animated .gif file.

Are you familiar with flash or fireworks?

Most of the Flash work I have done I have used SwishMax - but it doesn't have a .gif option.... Flash only

The TalkTalk advert above looks good. I clicked it a while ago before seeing this thread because I am looking for a good business/personal telephone/internet package.

I prefer ads from Tradedoubler CJ etc as opposed to Google Adsense so you can monitor the quality of the ads

I asked for a legal forum and I got it so I am happy. Be good to have it as a main forum later when it gets busier!

Banner rotating system for loyal users would be a good idea. I might be interested to advertise on the legal forum
