so one of my colleagues and long term friend decided to rip into the people who use facebook, describing them social misfits who live a fantasy life online because they have no place in the real world... that is a direct quote.

people use facebook to communicate with their friend who are in far away places. In my thought, everyone has a place in this world because it's too wide, what makes it narrow is "greed".
