Well, who knew that there was such an array of hot tubs out there?

The site looks good to me. The pages loaded up pretty quickly and the pictures are good quality.

The link from the hot tubs page to the saunas page didn't work when I first tried it but it seems to be working now.

I liked the 3D maps on the contact us page. There's no excuse for anyone not to find you with those.

The only thing that I thought looked odd was that on the home page your man at the end looks like he's sitting in a bath full of mud. Isn't there any way you can make the bubbles look white and frothy?

Regards

Joy

I agree with Phil

Also I did not see the relevance of caveman to bubble tub

If wanted a tub I would not buy because you are based in Birmingham - c120 miles away - so maybe you need to ditch all of that and have an 0845 number to make you seem national

You should also offer an online discount (if necessary increase your lead price)

I was not sure if

a) it comes with fitting
b) there are additional costs
c) how long it would take to delivery
d) you can;t order online (a must for a website)

My wife used to live on the hagley road so I know exactly where you are!!

You are 80% there -- fix the above and go through Phil's suggestions and you will start to make money online

good luck

Yes I agree with both Phil and Peter, especially the online order form thing, even if you don't accept credit card payments over the site (though it's preferable) you at least give the customer a way to impulse buy by committing to the product through an order form. Good luck with everythin, otherwise I like the site.
