Contact form help

Hi,

I dont normally use these contact forms on websites, so im stuck on how to make this work.

A while ago I somehow managed to get the contact form to be displayed on the html webpage. It does however not actually work.

So could someone please help me to make this form work. It is a simple form with only a few fields. Or atleast point me in right direction.

Have you got php support?
