Yes, the only thing I could suggest here, considering your site is well off is:

that you offer a landing page similar to this one.

landing page that is really fun

I've included the link for display purposes but I DO NOT ENDORSE THEIR PRODUCTS AT ALL!

thanks.

I Like it!

Nice, simple clean design.

What you do need are your contact details, ideally on every page: telephone, address amnd email. also need you VAT and registration number on the site.

Navigation needs fixing. If I click on one of the 4 categories I have to go back to the homepage to choose another.

Get rid of the flash movie in the centre of the category pages - all it does is push the actual products down below the fold.

Need to do a lot of work to get noticed in the organic search results. Page titles, descriptions, headers and on page content are all missing.

You can also clean up the code (a lot) all those styles declarations are unnecessary.

And now the biggie. If you reduce the window size, half the site dissapears. It's that 980px width that does it. Ok so maybe most of your visitors have a 1024 screen resolution but add a sidebar or drop down from full screen and you get horizontal scrolling which will lose you potential customers.

Effective Web Design - It's not that difficult if you follow the rules.

Yes, the only other thing is if you would include a button for visitors to click despite what they do when they arrive at your site -- if nothing else. After they click the link they are walked through a well defined page explaining your services and it's distinctive benefits for them. (with links that brings them back to the pages offered by homepage)

I usually take a look at the site on this forum through my marketing perspective vs. design issue.

Thanks Dependx and EWD! sorry i don't know your name!
We have taken on board your opinion! We had thought of this previously and are now working on intergrating the info page into our site! thanks for the constructive critism!

Don't forget privacy and terms pages, as some people believe that they get better ranking for having them on their websites. But who knows for sure what really improves a ranking there?
