In the header of the page (not visible unless you look at the source code of the page) it says the copyright is owned by the other company.

The actual file names should be something sensible and ideally words so the search engine can work out what you have but more so than that is the "alt" tags for the item (these are the text that shows up when you hover your mouse over the image)

Good SEO says you put a lot of your key words in their alt tags - make sure you dont make them all identical as search engines will consider it similar to spamming and black list the site.

Howevre you say the problem is conversion not visitor rates.... to be honest you would need a lot more data of where people are dropping off to give any real advice... my gut reaction would be that there is a fairly eclectic collection of goods for sale on your site for example under "home" we go from baby mobiles to a "pack mate" to bar accessories. It give me the feeling of it being almost a market stall selling what ever it has managed to pick up rather than a catalogue of goods

Bluelinemedia have really sold you a pup. I suspect very much that they have taken a standard template (smith pet thing) and adapted it for you. A quick look at the source code for both sites shows a very similar structure. There isn't actually anything wrong with this, I cut and paste a lot of code between site - it's a lot easier than typing everything again. What is of more concern is their lack of attention to detail - the titles, descriptions, headers, links, image filenames, anchor text, footers etc.

And as Astaroth suggests, there is no focus to the site, the navigation is all over the place and the product range doesn't seems to fit any demographics I can identify.

You don't need to start from scratch again - just need to rethink your business plan (see topic at bottom of forum homepage).

Effective Web Design - It's not that difficult if you follow the rules.
