Looks OK, information is clear and well presented but.....

What is the purpose of the site? Are you just providing information or are you hoping to pick up some busness?

Got a lot of formatting errors on the site, do you use a CMS to generate the content? In any case, it's the disconnect between the XHTML and closing tags that's causing most of the issues.

And remember Netscape Navigator?

Anyway back to the present. If you want the site to generate leads you need to provide a call to action. There is nothing on the site that actually tells the visitor you offer a forex service. You have the quote box on the right but a quote for what?

The whole site appears to just be an information source, there's no 'what's in it for me' so people aren't going to get in contact.

Other issues are the domain name. It doesn't indicate that you do forex and the .info may put people off (it's often used by spammers and affiliates).

Your page titles certainly need a lot of work as do your H tags, navigation, logo, footer and sidebar.

And the hightlightling in the copy looks really naff.

As a potential client I might have used your services but your private clients page put me off (in not buying a boat or property). It's the same with all your other pages, it sounds very corporate and your glossary didn't help (doesn't explain hedge, forward delivery, accrual, CHAPS, SWIFT and many others).

If you want the site be a lead generator you need to change your whole focus and move away from FX explained and into fx services. Change the copy to reflect the needs of the visitor so that they do pick up the phone or send you an email.

Hi there,

I think that you could perhaps decrease the amount of text on the home page. The home page is the place to promote your core products and services, and I'm afraid that a lot of people will get to your site and see the amount of text and run a mile. If you summarise what you offer in a few paragraphs as opposed to several it would probably be very beneficial to you. I'd also suggest adding your contact details in the header.

Hope this helps.
