Both sites have been indexed by the search engines. But both have some fundamental issues that need to be addressed if you want the search engines give them some kudos.

From the top:

Page titles need to fuklly describe the contents of the page. In particular they need to contain the keywords that describe your service.

Description: Supplement the page titles to provide more information about the page and can include your phone number.

Keywords: Ignore.

Main header <h1>: Introduce the page

Introductory paragraph: Incorporate all of the above and wow your visitors.

Navigation: do not use javascript rollovers - simple text links with CSS are much better.

Call to action: Incorporate a 'do this to get this' message on every page. Put you contact detauils at the top and bottom of every page.

Content: Write some! Get some good meaty content on the pages for your visitors to read and the search engines to index.

Get rid of the daily SEO service - a waste of time and money.

That's your starter for 10.

Effective Web Design - It's not that difficult if you follow the rules.

I think some points have been covered there which I agree with.

Speaking from a design point of view Nigel, I'm not bowled over by it.

Sorry.

It appears that your sites are a form of brochure, however, I think that you could incorporate much more information about your service through long draft. Try explaining your processes to viewers; then the'll want to respond instead of just forming an opinion.

Hi,
In terms of design it is very basic.
Would recommend improving the design.
