Once again, thank you very much for the feedback.
I'm currently working on massively reducing the business sign up process to make it much easier for them to give the service a go.
While the current integration just requires a line of HTML I'm looking at an improved version of this and then I'll add demos linked from the home page.
The improved booking form does not require any usernames and passwords,
the consumer just picks a service, date/time and adds brief contact details.
