Here is a new site that sells a unique product 'the Worlds First Dry on Contact antibacterial Spray'

Brand awareness is important so the Mister Sterile name was choosen. The products work great aswell. Many businesses are picking up the office packs (it makes managers look good when they are looking after staff)

Feedback would be great

To be honest your blurb seemed more like a product plug than a request for a review however I did take a look at the site.

First impressions were not good. You have missed the whole point of an online store which is to sell products. And the popup which slides in from the top drove me mad - it's going to lose you shedloads of potential customers.

The homepage should display the products not your news items (most of which aren't real news). You make lots of claims that are not backed up with evidence.

The whole site gives me this feeling you are selling someone else's products and the lack of contact details makes me very uneasy. An 0800 number is anonymous, there is no address and no email. These are required by law.

At the bottom of the page are links to external sites - get rid of these ASAP as they may hurt you ranking.

Note also that you don't own the site, brick technologies do. you need to get the domain registration details transferred to your name: http://whois.domaintools.com/mistersterile.com

Tested the checkout and the first thing you ask for is my email address. This single step will kill a high percentage of your orders. Next step asks for a password. Why do you need this? Last step takes me to paypal without warning, again this will kill a percentage of your orders.

The site also has lots of animations and childih cartoons and that annoying popup that does nothing for your credibility. And what on earth is the point of the BBC news feed?

The products are probably very good but the site is letting you down badly as it misses all the important milestones for an ecommerce site.
