The reason the site is not performing is it should it because it fails to meet the expectations of the visitor.

Whoever built the site has missed many of the important aspects of an effective website. In particular there is no call to action. Anyone landing on the site will look for your USP and the call to action. Yours has neither. The blurb does explain the process but there is no marketing message to attracting the eye enticing me to read on. And even if I do read and am interested there is no call to action - no telephone number, address or email.

The site has been built using dreamweaver (no problem with that) but you use a javascript rollover navigation that the search eneinges don't like, identical page titles which the search engines hate and structural tables which means the logical information flow is broken.

The portfolio has some good pictures but they are too small and there is no explantory text.

PPC usually needs specialist landing pages because the adverts are targeted for a specific niche. If I'm searching for ice cleaning and click on your advert it's likely I already know what I want so the landing page should be built to respond to my needs. If you send everyone to your landing page then it's no wonder the campaign failed. If the PPC keywords, advert and landing page are connected then you could be looking at a very high conversion rate. It is a specialist process so your visitors are already motivated, all you need to do it convince them your are the right man for the job.

Do you operate throughout the UK? If not then you need to make this clear on the site and ensure you change your PPC to you operating area.

I'm sure the process is excellent but the site needs some major changes if it is going to be usable, accessible and effective.

Hi Mr Jones here .I thank you so much for your honesty in the review of our site ,thats what i need, as i am no excpert so i go on what the guy who runs the site tells us .Would it take much work /cost to make it 100% ? as we are now realy low on funds due to putting our trust in our web guy and a marketing team . We feel we have been let down .Hence why we need help .Our product is truly great and given the correct direction we coud be very succesful.Once again i thank you for your time and advice.
