Hi,
I'm looking for some feedback regarding a site recently launched.
General - Is this site completed or under construction?
The site has just been released completed, but this is very much phase 1. There will be lots of updates and additions to the site to all customers to login and view bills, and new customers to sign up online.
If completed - How long has the site been up?
About a month.
Optimisation - Do you have incoming links?
Not currently.
Do you want your code reviewed for errors or improvements?
Sure, any suggestions and feedback would be helpful.
Marketing - Who is your target audience?
Small business customer who want to receive a high quality telephone service at the cheapest cost. We are not targeting home users.
Why is your site different from sites selling/offering similar info/goods/services? Why will someone want to do business you?
We are business to business only, that means we focus on offering a service fit for people running companies on a day to day basis. We have a UK based call centre for customer services and very attractive call plans. We won't be beaten.
How important is usability? What is the purpose of the site? (inform, sell, online community, support B&M business, contact info only, etc)
Very important. This site is initially an information site to use as a sales tool, however long term I will be introducing an online sign up facility to allow visitors to sign their business up to Titan Telecom.
Design - Do you want design suggestions?
