I have just entered some great new products, on our shop, but would like peoples views as to how fast the shop works or loads, no need to buy anything folks, you can even try the basket out and nothing is charged unless you enter your card numbers.
Where the pay area is you will see cancel order and return to Alternative4u, just hit that and your away from the shop and your basket auto emptys.
Thanks all.

Don't know as I can't see the shop. Have a look at the site in Firefox and it's all squished up.

In IE there are few clues as to what to do. I see a page about vitamins A and C and some big buttons but no shop.

I did click on skin care (top right) and wanted to buy skinny dip but couldn't see a 'buy now' button. I clicked on the shopping trolley and a pop up appeared - it's obviously American since it said Tax not VAT. Closed the window and saw my shopping basket. Went to checkout and everything ground to a halt. The connection to globecharge was really slow and took me off site. The order form requires me to give you lots of details that I don't want to and why is there a mandatory box for state (N/A) but not for county?

The shopping system appears OK until you get to globecharge but the overall user experience is very poor, mainly due to the way information is presented.
